At Little & Fox, we can custom make cushions in any colour, shape and size. With a wide range of fabrics, trims and cushion inners available, we have everything you need all in one place.
How it works:
1. Fabric
Visit one of our stores or shop our website to browse through our wide range of available fabrics. We have hundreds of beautiful fabrics on the roll in our Ahuriri warehouse as well as an extensive range of sampling* full of absolutely gorgeous designer fabrics from all over the world.
*Please note, if you are shopping online, only a small portion of our sampling is available to view, but we will happily send you pictures or samples (when available) if you're after something more specific.
Because our range is so extensive, choosing fabric combinations can sometimes feel overwhelming. Don’t worry, our team will be to guide you in your search, Bringing in a photos of your space or inspiration images can be very helpful. We also offer full cushion consultations for a small fee of $75.00 if you're after a more bespoke design service. Our experts can hand select a collection of cushions especially suited to your brief.
2. Sizing
With an abundance of sizing options to choose from, from extra large European sized inners to bolsters to small round inners and everything in between, we will calculate the amount of fabric you require for specific sizes to get the most out of your fabric. We have a flat fee across our sizing of $35.00 for sewing custom made cushions.

3. Trims & Finishes
If keeping it simple and minimalist is your style, we offer unpiped cushions which look elegant and chic. But if you're after something a little bit more special and unique, let us show you through our cupboard full of goodies for trims, fringing and tassels. We can help you elevate your cushions to really make a statement, or finish off the cushion to perfection. Alternatively for a more traditional look we can offer options for piping in contrast textures or colours. We have a flat fee of $40.00 across all sizes for all piped cushions or cushions with trims.
4. Inners
When you get cushions made with us they come with a feather inner at 20% off! They're so soft and squishy, the ultimate luxury for a cushion.
We also offer pure NZ wool cushion inners which are locally and ethically sourced right here in Hawke’s Bay and made in our Ahuriri showroom. These can be custom made in any size you desire.
If your cushions are required for the outdoors, we have specific outdoor inners for those too.
5. Making & Construction
Now let’s get to the making! We hand over your fabric to our experienced machinists. Their workspace is right here in our Ahuriri warehouse. They will sew up your wonderful new cushions within the timeframe advised when ordering* and you will be called as soon as they are completed.
*Timeframes vary depending on seasonal workloads and waitlists. We aim to keep the manufacturing time for cushions to a minimum and you will be advised what kind of timeframe is to be expected when ordering.
And voila! Your cushions are made and ready to be taking home.
