We do our very best to carefully process your special online orders and keep our stocks accurate, however in the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will be in touch with you.

New Zealand delivery costs & times
All orders are couriered and tracked and do not require a signature on delivery. Tracking details will be emailed to you and may go into your junk mail depending on your email provider.
We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
North Island Delivery within 1-2 working days upon dispatch. Please allow an extra business day for rural addresses. |

Collections are available from our Ahuriri Showroom at 60 Bridge Street, Ahuriri, Napier. If you would like to pick up your order from our Concept store in Havelock North, please let us know and we will transfer it for you.
We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be collected.
Sample requests
We will process and dispatch your sample request as promptly as possible within standard business hours. We try our best to get these out the same business day, but if not it will be sent on the next business day.
Samples are sent by New Zealand Post and in some cases take approximately 5-10 working days to arrive.
Packaging materials
We re-use all packaging that comes into us from suppliers. So instead of a brand new box, you may find that your package arrives looking like it has been with the courier before. That's because it has!
Lost or damaged items
All of our deliveries within New Zealand are covered by the standard insurance of the courier company.
Please contact us immediately if your purchase has been damaged.
International orders
All international purchases are processed in New Zealand Dollars NZD$ and are delivered with Aramex.
