ORDERS & DELIVERY

We do our absolute best to make sure that your online orders arrive at your door as swiftly and smoothly as possible. All orders are packed on-site by our awesome retail team from our Napier and Havelock North stores.

We do our very best to carefully process your online orders and keep our stocks accurate. However in the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will be in touch with you to organise a solution.

Delivery Cost & Times

All orders are couriered and tracked and do not require a signature on delivery, unless requested by you. Tracking details will be emailed to you once the order is fulfilled and ready for the courier to collect. Sometimes these emails can go into your junk mail depending on your email provider, but please reach out if you haven't received an email and our team will help locate your parcel.

Please note: we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

North Island

Delivery within 1-2 working days upon dispatch. Please allow an extra business day for rural addresses.

South Island

Delivery within 3 working days upon dispatch. Please allow an extra business day for rural addresses.

Standard shipping - North Island $20, South Island $30

Lampshade freight - North Island $30, South Island $35

Rug freight - North Island $50, South Island $65

Large Rug Freight (Rugs over 1.5m long on shortest end) - North Island $125, South Island $225

Wide Width Fabrics - North Island $40, South Island $80

Furniture/large freight - All large items need to be quoted, please contact us for an accurate price for your item and location.

Click & Collect

Collections are available from our Ahuriri Showroom at 60 Bridge Street, Ahuriri, Napier. If you would like to pick up your order from our Concept Store in Havelock North, please let us know and we will transfer it for you.

We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be collected.

Packaging Materials

We re-use all packaging that comes into us from suppliers. So instead of a brand new box, you may find that your package arrives looking like it has been with the courier before. That's because it has!

Sample Requests

We will process and dispatch your sample request as promptly as possible within standard business hours. We try our best to get these out the same business day, but if not it will be sent on the next business day.

Samples are sent by New Zealand Post and in some cases take approximately 5-10 working days to arrive.

International Orders

All international purchases are processed in New Zealand Dollars and are delivered with Aramex and their international partners.

Lost or Damaged Items

All of our deliveries within New Zealand are covered by the standard insurance of the courier company.

Please contact us immediately if your purchase has been damaged.
