Little and Fox would like to introduce you to our wide range of renewed fabrics designed by our amazing local and international fabric suppliers including James Dunlop, Warwick, Textilia, The Textile Company and Designers Guild, who have all found ways to reduce waste by turning it into beautiful fabrics as seen in the images below.

Textilia Rivet, Repreve recycled fabric blog

Textiles are used to enhance the comfort, beauty, and practicality of homes everywhere, but how fabrics reach their destination and where they go afterwards are of equal importance to us and while we as a textile business are just at the beginning of our sustainability journey, we are excited to share it with you.

Designers Guild's Loden, Aldeco's rescue and James Dunlop's Kumo are all examples of how textile designers are giving new life to waste by transforming post-consumer plastic bottles into recycled polyester yarn's also known as PET and are Global Recycling Standard approved. Amazing!

The visual below depicts the sustainable design and manufacturing process of James Dunlop's, Kumo. A fascinating little visual exhibiting how textile productions are taking small steps in their outputs to support big changes in our current climate crisis.

Here at Little and Fox our current favourite renewed fabric on the roll at Little and Fox is Textilia's Caribe ash outdoor boucle, a stunning textured velvet in a neutral brass colour way that is made of 93% recycled olefin and 7% polyester come in and see it for yourself.

Remember any upholstery and soft furnishing job you desire can be crafted into a sustainable showstopper by choosing to use renewed fabric. It's a choice better for the climate and for your conscious!

Love L&F xxx
