Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please contact info@littleandfox.co.nz. Make sure to include details, such as order number, product purchased and reason for return.

Once email has been sent, please wait to hear back from the Little & Fox team on instructions on what to do next.

If you have any urgent questions about the return process, please call the shop during opening hours 06 834 1368. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

Are there any shipping costs?

For larger items, shipping costs vary due to freight charges. New Zealand costs are as follows:

Standard Shipping North Island: $20
Standard Shipping South Island: $30

Rugs North Island: $50
Rugs South Island: $65

Large Rugs North Island: $125
Large Rugs South Island: $225

Wide Width Fabrics North Island: $40
Wide Width Fabrics South Island: $80

Lampshades North Island: $30
Lampshades South Island: $35

Large Furniture: Upon quotation. Please contact us with the item you are interested in and your location for an accurate shipping quote.

Can I still change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please send an email to info@littleandfox.co.nz. Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Service Based

Can you recover my old chair or couch?

Yes! We absolutely can. We have great upholsterers who do a high-quality job. Send Asha a photo via email at info@littleandfox.co.nzand we can give you a quote 

What is the upholstery process

Once you have selected a fabric and we have quoted it, we require a 50% deposit to order the fabric and book it. We will let you know a week before we need your furniture and can arrange to pick up and drop it off for a fee if required. 

What if I don't live in Hawke's Bay but want my upholstery done?

That is no problem at all! The furniture can be couriered here and back to you. We can send cuttings of fabrics to you and quote over email. 

Do you make curtains?

Yes! We offer a measure and quote service too. To book in for a measure contact us at info@littleandfox.co.nz.

Do you make squabs?

Yes! Bring us your measurements and we can give you a quote!

Do you run lampshade-making courses?

Yes! Every couple of months we run one. View our upcoming classes.

Do you run upholstery courses?

No, unfortunately we don't! We leave this to our masterclass...

What is the smallest fabric amount you sell?

1m is the smallest we cut.

I found fabric online but do not live in Hawke's Bay to view it.

No problem! We can send you a sample of the fabric in the post then, you can purchase it online and we will send it to you!
