1. Quality & Returns. Please choose wisely we do not do returns unless the fabric or product is faulty.
  2. Little and Fox sells only first quality fabrics that are priced well below most retail prices.  If we do have a second it will be advertised as a second.  If you should find a flaw, please return the fabric or product to us within 14 days of receipt. Your order must be returned in its original condition. We will first attempt to replace the fabric or product. If no replacement is available, we will refund the amount of your purchase within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the flawed fabric or product.
  3. Samples. We suggest you order a sample of the fabric before purchasing.  We try our best to photograph the fabric in its truest form but they can often look slightly different view on a computer or screen.
  4. Delivery. We deliver throughout New Zealand using a leading freight company. We will dispatch your order within 2 working days unless otherwise advised. If you have a larger furniture order we may contact you to discuss unique requirements to the consignment.
  5. Privacy and Information Security. We will keep your personal information safe and not sell or distribute your information to a third party.
  6. Credit and Internet Card Payments are processed through the secure Stripe Polipay or internet banking. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the Stripe System. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped unless otherwise arranged.
