Aravind Patchwork 3m Runner Rug.

Hand crafted in Pakistan reusing vintage rugs. These beautiful rugs are patchworked together then dyed with vegetable dyes. This runner is perfect to lighten any hallway in soft neutrals.

Measuring 3m x 0.8m.

*Please note these rugs are dyed with natural dyes and fading can occur.

The Overdyeing Process: 

Overdyed rugs are given a special kind of wash with a solution that eats up all the wool particles and leaves out the warp and the weft with traces of the old design. A washed rug is then overdyed using a colour of choice, which spreads unevenly across the rug and gives it a worn-out vintage appeal.

Please note that our patchwork and overdyed rugs are dyed using natural dyes. As a result,  exposure to direct sunlight will cause fading over time. Additionally, contact with water may cause the dyes to run. We recommend keeping these rugs away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to preserve their vibrant colours.
