Refund Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. At the discretion of the sales staff we may provide you with a store credit instead.

If the goods are faulty or differ from the description provided for the product we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

 

Return Proceedure

 Any items returned must be in original, unused condition. 

Customers are required to organise the return courier.  We strongly recommend a tracked service as Little and Fox cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until the item is received by one of our staff, it is the customer's responsibility.

Customers are required to cover the freight cost to return the package to us, unless in the event that the item is faulty. 

Please contact info@littleandfox.co.nz before returning your purchase to clarify and confirm the item is eligible for return.

 

Exclusions

Cut fabric cannot be returned.  

We offer free fabric samples on all roll stock fabric.  Although we try our best to photograph each fabric in it's true form, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colour due to variations in individual screen calibrations. 

We strongly advise ordering a sample before purchasing fabric if you are unsure of your choice or would like to check the colour or weight.

Lampshades and fragile items cannot be returned as the risk of damage is too high. Please choose carefully, or ask us for additional photographs if you are unsure.

All custom made items and preorders cannot be returned.

Sale items are not eligible for return. Please choose carefully.

Store Credit

At the discretion of the sales staff we may provide a store credit for a returned item. Store credit cannot be used through our website, but can be used in store or with assistance over email or phone. Store credit will cover the value of the item returned but exclude the freight fee and/or credit card surcharge. 

 

Preorders

On receipt of the order for preordered items, customers will be advised on expected shipping timeframes and costs. Although we do our best to accurately quote on costs and timeframes, these are subject to change unexpectedly and are out of our control. Our team will advise if we are experiencing shipping delays. Once a preorder is placed it cannot be cancelled.

 

Custom Made Orders

On receipt of your order for custom made items including curtains, cushions, furniture and squabs. Customers will be advised on expected time frames however, these are subject to change unexpectedly due to manufacturing demands and seasonal workloads.

Once an order for a custom made item is placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

 

All returns are at the discretion of Little and Fox.
